Enlisted


Private (Pvt)- Registered member of UGC

Private First Class (PFC)- Registered member of UGC for at least 2 weeks

Corporal (Cpl)- Active member that participates in Company activities and aids
in Company duties.

Sergeant (Sgt)- Participating in Squad Activities, being active on the UGC Forums and signing up on the website, fully understanding the Code of Conduct and the Rank Structure up through General, and being a role model to new recruits.

Master Sergeant (MSG)- Member of UGC that is dedicated to UGC and wishes
to seek leadership roles within the community.

Sergeant Major of the Army (SMA)- Leader of all enlisted ranks. Part of General Staff. Unofficial Officer.

Officers


Second Lieutenant (2LT)- These are gamers who have exhibited leadership skills
and abilities and have decided to step up to the next level of leadership.
These are officers in training and assist the First Lieutenant.

First Lieutenant (1LT)- This rank is awarded to those members who have displayed an
aptitude for leadership. The job of a Lieutenant is to assist his/her Captain
in any way necessary to facilitate the efficient running of their Company.

Captain (Cpt)- This rank is awarded to those members who have displayed an
aptitude for leadership. The job of a Captain is to assist his/her Major
in any way necessary to facilitate the efficient running of their Squad.

Major (MAJ)- This rank is awarded to those members who have displayed an
aptitude for leadership. The job of a Major is to assist his/her General
in any way necessary to facilitate the efficient running of their Squad.

Brigadier General (BG)(1-Star General)- The role of a General in UGC is to run every aspect of his
Squad. They are responsible for scheduling practices, meetings, training, and
ensuring a positive gaming environment for every member of their Squad.

Major General (MG)(2-Star General)- The role of a Founder is to run every aspect of his 2 or 3
Squads. Responsible for scheduling meetings, training, as well as honing the
skills of his/her leaders and ensuring a positive gaming environment for every
member of his Squads.

Lieutenant General (LTG)(3-Star General)- This rank is awarded to the leader that has demonstrated not
only the ability to multi-task, but to coordinate and train other leaders. The
responsibility of a Division leader is to oversee his/her Division in all aspects. When a member reaches this rank they may add a one to the end of their name.

General (Gen)(4-Star General- They are responsible for between 2 and 4 Divisions, making difficult decisions within the divisions, holding division meetings, keeping Division Leaders informed and organized, upholding the Code of Conduct. They are to stay active on the Forums.

General of the Army (GOA)(5-Star General)- They handle any problem that comes their way from the Generals. They are responsible for making sure all of the divisions are playing in a professional manner and are upholding the Code of Conduct, and that all Officers and Enlisted are doing their job correctly. These members are the responsible for running all of the community, and they have the power to open, close, change, and merge any division if needed. They are highly respected leaders and have full power over all of the community. They can promote or demote any rank below them.

Commander in Chief (CiC)- This member has FULL authority over all of UGC. These are the
people that have given their all to create this gaming community, provide a
positive gaming environment, and instill leadership values in all of their
subordinates. They have paid for the expenses of running the community out of their own pockets, and built the community from the ground up. They deserve full respect and gratitude.
